Taking on a Sunday night at the Sub Club is serious business, but new kids on the block, Vague, are out to make some fresh friends who don’t mind messing up Monday.

Having hosted a launch party in August with Subcity selector, Hush, before inviting Honey Soundsystem and Todd Terje over in September, Vague certainly know how to satisfy, so this Sunday we’ll be back at the Sub Club, trick or treating at their Halloween party with Catz ‘N Dogz.

The Polish duo behind Pets Recordings have become one of the hottest tickets in house over the last few years; their productions boasting infectious hooks, quirky samples and some sublime synth work.

Catz 'N Dogz 2015 album ‘Basic Colour Theory’ featured high in numerous end of year lists, featuring nostalgic, 80s-tinged disco and jacking jams with Green Velvet. Pets Recordings also launched Eats Everything into the world with his essential 2011 release ‘Entrance Song’.

Listen to the duo's recent mix for Deep House Amsterdam below and check out our competition to win tickets to Vague’s Halloween party this Sunday:

We’re giving you the opportunity to win two tickets to Vague this Sunday at the Sub Club. Simply head over to the SynthGlasgow Facebook and type ‘Vague’ on the wall (if you don’t have access to Facebook, you can also email with ‘Vague’ as the subject, but please use Facebook where possible as it's much easier for us to process).

We’ll select two winners at random at 1pm on Saturday 29th October and notify them via Facebook comment on their entry (or by reply if entry is via email). If we receive no reply from the winner by 1pm the next day, a new winner will be picked. Once we pass on the winner’s name to the event organisers, we then pass on responsibility for entry to the event.

Vague Presents Catz ‘N Dogz at their Halloween party this Sunday (30th) at the Sub Club. Advance tickets are available from Resident Advisor priced at £8 (excl fees).
