“He’s probably the most important ever UK artist or producer in the world of hip hop” says Mark Ronson in Noisey’s new documentary about Hudson Mohawke. Following the release of his critically acclaimed second album ‘Lantern’ as well as working with the likes of Drake, Kanye West and Rick Rubin (not to mention his collaborative project with Lunice as TNGHT), Hudmo is easily one of the most exciting artists in electronic music right now.

In ‘Very First Breath: A Film About Hudson Mohawke’, Noisey travel to Glasgow to discover more about the scene that influenced him and how he found his feet as a producer. There's also some cracking footage of the impromptu hardcore party with Cloudo, Jackmaster and Rustie we reported on earlier this year.
