Glasgow’s Rubadub have announced their plans for Record Store Day, an annual celebration of independent record stores which was introduced in 2007.

Taking place in-store on Saturday 22nd April, Firecracker Recording’s Lord Of The Isles will play alongside Optimo’s JD Twitch and Dixon Avenue Basement Jam’s The Wasp, who goes back-to-back with Subculture’s Domenic Cappello.

Additional sets will come from Uncle Screwtape, Marshall Beckerson, 12th Isle and Natalie, with more to be announced.

Read the Facebook blurb below and join the event for more info:

“RSD 2017 - the highlight of many peoples social calendar, a celebration of all things vinyl from the esoteric to the pure shite or just an excuse to come party in the shop with your pals old and new, drink free beer, check out some records and hear a full crew of Rubadub favourites daeing the decks?

There will be a limited selection of RSD releases plus upfront releases from our distribution channels, warehouse finds, rare gems, classics you didn't know were classic, test pressings and last years Dissident Box set is still up for grabs.”
