Now in its third year, The Electric Frog & Pressure Riverside Festival will celebrate its biggest ever event in 2015. With the addition of The Sunset Stage, 2015 will feature three stages and over 40 hours of local and international names on the decks from 4-11pm with afterparties at SWG3 set to continue the party into the early hours. The Sunset Stage will feature names including a high energy back-to-back with Midland and Optimo and a pounding set from Thunder Disco Club to name but a few.

Sven Väth, Ricardo Villalobos, Carl Craig, Magda, Nina Kraviz, POPOF, VJ Reach visuals and world class dancers are all set to bring that international party vibe to Glasgow for the first ever time at this year’s Riverside Festival. For over 15 years Sven Väth’s Cocoon has represented one of the most successful ever party concepts and is responsible for a radical change in Ibiza’s nightlife. Cocoon at Amnesia Ibiza is a phenomenon, attracting an average of 80,000 visitors a year with the numbers continuing to grow. Since the Cocoon party series started in 1996 the company has gained name recognition in over 30 countries worldwide. The addition of Cocoon at The Riverside is incredibly exciting and one not to be missed.

For the third year running, The Electric Frog and Pressure will bring years of experience together to create one of Scotland’s most epic events of the summer and they know only too well what makes the perfect environment for it. The award-winning Riverside Museum was one of Europe’s top attractions in 2014 and offers a breathtaking backdrop and venue for fans to party at. With jaw-dropping sunsets, stunning views aboard the Tall Ship, the Riverside Museum is the ultimate location.

The festival organisers are delighted with this year’s line-up featuring an enormous mix of pioneering names in the DJ world alongside local and exciting talent. Acts such as Horse Meat Disco, who recently played a private party for Madonna will feature alongside Siriusmodeselektor (pictured) – the combination of Siriusmo and Modeselektor, who have rocked every corner on the surface of the planet throughout their career. This collaboration is only touring once; it’s a Scottish exclusive that won’t happen again.

It’s hard to beat the atmosphere of a Scottish crowd and with over 8,000 fans due to descend on the Riverside Museum on 29th and 30th May. Expect a sea of hands in the air, roars, smiles and a party vibe that is hard to beat at this year’s Electric Frog & Pressure Riverside Festival.
