As thousands lick their wounds from Glastonbury, the festival circus will soon be arriving in Scotland as T in the Park gears up to celebrate its first event at Strathallan Castle. With the festival just two weeks away, organisers DF Concerts and founding partner Tennent’s Lager have announced that Fatboy Slim will play an intimate T in the Park warm-up show in Glasgow’s Sub Club on Thursday 9th July.
Fatboy Slim’s live shows are an explosive mix of his own brand of party house and complex audio-visual production. Having last played the festival in 1999, he makes a long awaited return this year to play the historic first day of T in the Park, appearing alongside the likes of Mark Ronson, Hot Chip, Duke Dumont and Jessie Ware.
In preparation, he’ll treat a very limited number of fans to an intimate set at Glasgow’s iconic Sub Club the night before he takes to the T in the Park stage, getting the party well and truly pumping.
Tickets are available now from Ticketmaster priced at £17.25 (inc fees).
